I shouldn't say that your guys were pathetic when attempting to block out the Bama defense. They were simply mismatched by the "overrated" Terrance Cody.

I didn't mean to imply that they are overrated, simply pathetic.

Ahh, funny how those "pathetic" walkons manhandled Cody on every play except for two. Granted, they were two important plays but 260 lb walkons have no business holding an AA 365 lb noseguard in check for 59 mins.

Cody is nowhere near the level of the prototypical NFL noseguards and badly needs to improve his work ethic to ever hope to play in the NFL.

At this point, he looks fairly weak for being so huge.

Funny how they bent him over backwards on the 4th and 1 QB sneak play. Physics alone give Cody an advantage but don't kid yourself into thinking he is a truly elite DT.

Dan Williams is certainly a better NFL prospect and Cody can't hold a candle to Ndamukang(sp?) Suh. Either of those guys would manhandle a 260 lb walkon for a full 60 mins instead of just 2 plays where he benefitted from great ST scheme and play from teammates.

Pretty coincidental that his only FG blocks of his career came against an injured placekicker who was know to have problems getting any lift on his kicks at this point in the season.

A W is a W for you guys, but take off the Crimson glasses and admit that your Defense got worked up and down the field by an offense that was supposed to be a joke and your offense looked pathetic when not running the wildcat.
