Yea that's why as of now Norwood and Davis are Blueshirt's. He is looking at a few grad transfers and they have to pay their own way to visit if you wanna blueshirt them. Then if he isn't able to use all of our remaining scholly's on transfers he can add Norwood and/or Davis back to this year. It's really smart to do it that way. We can sign 23 and so far have signed 20 plus the 2 Blueshirt's. Since you can't carry over unused scholarships you use them all. He's supposedly targeting a QB, a playmaker and either a OL or DB transfer.
