At this point it seems like no matter what the results of this witch hunt do (or don't) turn up, the common assertion will be that if Tennessee wins any championships it'll be because we somehow "cheated". Our hostesses are being portrayed as nothing more than cheap little tramps who are being pimped out by Kiffin and the staff itself nothing less than a gang of mercenaries who will do anything, legal or not, in order to win. I gotta tell you... I don't like it one bit. Mainly because it isn't true, but also because the people that are perpetuating this sham are benefitting greatly from the bad pub UT is taking right now. I'm not even sure that winning will make this stank go away, and that's too bad.

Wait... is that, is that.... the sky? Is it falling? Like OMG IK, right?

Haha, please. I am not worried.

I feel certain Urbie and others would greatly prefer Barney Fife or Gomer Pyle (I mean Phil) to be at the helm. I don't honestly think this even smells particularly bad, just a bunch of overreaction by media.

Yea, it's bad when 18 years old men learn that you have hot babes at your school that love our football team.....and you have a coach that gets picked on so it is us against the world....:shhh:

why would you care what other people thought about us? As long as we are doing things right, and winning, then i could care less what people say......

If I was the father of one of the girls being portrayed in this, I can guarantee there would be a defamation of character lawsuit.

Bama has cheated a lot more than UT and no one looks at Saban---what gives?

As a father, I would suspect there has already beed contact with a lawyer........ I'm also guessing there would be some "contact" with Thamel's jaw if he was ever in the same room with some certain fathers......

Before you use the word "irretrievably," consider carefully how badly Bama's tarnished reputation due to all their dealings with the NCAA seemed to hurt them here in Atlanta last Saturday night.

Let's try it and see, just to be sure!

I really don't see it as bad publicity to be honest. If the NCAA finds nothing, which they wont, then it just validates what Lane said about folks coming after us. Young kids love this stuff! They like coaches with an attitude. JMO. I could care less what a 50 something sportswriter or college football fan thinks about us. Screw em.

Media reputation had a devastating effect on The U's field performance as well.

Of course it's bad publicity! I mean what self-respecting 18 year old boy is going to want to attend a school where there are beautiful women rumored to be willing to give their all for Tennessee...oh...NEVERMIND!

This is pretty much how I feel about it....

Lane Kiffin from ESPN Outside the Lines Interview:
"There’s some fans at other places, you know, offended at, you know, on chat rooms saying bad things... who cares? I wasn’t hired here for them."
