"Tennessee's program is now Martin's" - ESPN

After hearing Pearl on 104.5 a few minutes ago, they can have him. Never thought I would say it, but he is a joke. Talking family, it was sickening interview from the aspect that he is a little hung up on himself and at times sounded a little bit desperate.

A little note, changed his tune and picked Tennessee to win, earlier pick was Michigan, in his analysis only gave his recruited players kudos and kind of dissed Stokes a little bit. Little about the team's success except to mention Tennessee in the same breath with KY and FL.

Yada Yada Yada, Auburn great facilities, going to take them to the top. He was just recruiting the State of Tennessee is all. A free recruiting commercial.

Trying to keep the doors open with Tennessee by calling them Family and the emotions he was experiencing his first few days back at work. Emotionally tough for him, and mentioned his tears. Gimme a break.

I honestly have no idea what else you'd expect him to say?

His job is now to promote Auburn to the best of his ability. He did the same thing here. It's what he does and he's good at it.

I'm still confused about why you have a picture of Auburn's basketball coach pointing at himself and yelling at a U.T. basketball tee shirt.

High level humor...Coen Brothers getting a screenplay written as we speak:compute:

I agree his job is now to promote Auburn. It was all the other junk.

The players he recruited to Tennessee were the keys to the game. "Stokes should be able to hold his own".

To be honest a lot of self absorbed drama and me stuff and I agree his job is to promote Auburn, not Bruce Pearl.

I'm going to start underperforming on my job tomorrow and do so until about December. Then, I'm going to start living up to expectations and doing a good job through next March.

Hopefully people will then write articles about how great I am and my boss will consider giving me a raise. Also, I expect all those who were critical of my underachieving to write sappy notes full of b.s. about how sorry they were for disrespecting me.

I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Except your production in March doesn't carry nearly as much weight as it does for Cuonzo.

Nice try.

Umm, that's Pearl. Always has been. We didn't mind it when he was ours, but now it's probably going to turn some fans off when they stop listening to him through orange colored glasses.

I have no problem him stumping for Auburn, he should. But it's not like he changed or anything.

He should stump Auburn, a 2.1 mil paycheck states that he should.

But a lot of it was just about Bruce, his this and that and his players at Tennessee versus what Martin has started here.

We will see next year if it was the coach or the players...

Oh, so the coach that coached players last 3 years has nothing to do with players playing well? Interesting. Wonder how we deter
ine who is a good coach and who just has good players? So tired of this stubborn refusal to give this coach credit.

I agree. You would think the last eight or nine games were against the top ten in the nation.:)

So you're not gonna go down swinging? C'mon now, down go down looking!

Lol...whatever dude.

You accuse others of 'changing topics', while you do nothing but bob and weave when you know you're wrong.

You signed the petition, along with 36k others and you know it. You also called for CCM to be fired, just like most others. Who gives a f what the name of the petition was.

Typical BTO b.s.
