Tennessee Wins Big

Hey there Vol fans. First off, I am NOT here to troll. My Bulldogs forgot to show up against S Carolina, but, that contest showed me something else, something I think you guys would appreciate.

Not only is their secondary VERY suspect to the pass, but I believe Tennessee's o line matches up tremendously well with SCAR. I was VERY impressed with your line when you all played us, and o believe you will open holes for Neal to run through, and I believe Bray will be able to pick their secondary to shreds, if he comes to play with the right frame of mind. I hope you guys beat them.like a rented mule!

I also have been very vocal over on the sec rant on TD, that Tennessee will beat Bama also. You guys impressed me greatly in Athens, and I think you win two of the biggest games of the year. Your o line is on par with Bama's. But your offense and weapons are are a lot better overall.

Overall, I hope you guys come to play and bring your A game from here on out. I am am unofficial Vol fan for the rest of the year, and I hope you win out from here. You all have things going in the right direction for sure.

Good info I guess. In a few weeks.

Tennessee will win by 28 plus in this game. This is the game were the defense finally comes together. Better jump on the point spread and take Tennessee because it is a sure win.

you must have spiked your doolaid with stoli or wild turkey! you should prob go to bed now.

Doesn't matter because if Tennessee wins this game, Nega Vols will still call for his head.

This one game will not change my opinion of Dooley. I admit that I expect to win this game. If he can come up with a strategy to beat Bama and or South Carolina then win out and play in a bowl NOT in Tennessee; I will say let's see what another year looks like. Short of that I am off the Dooley train, the program deserves better....... Way better. He can prove me wrong but have 0 faith right now that game plan and mental preparations will accomplish better than 7-5,6-6 abd just seem too weak for a team looking to compete in the SEC.

This program does deserve better, but if you blame Dooley, you also have to blame fulmer and kiffin for what they left him.

We will score a lot of points Saturday night. People can say what they want for or against Dooley but the players to turn the corner. It's time for them to grow up and go take something from Miss St. They showed a lot of fight in the UGA and I expect that will pay huge dividens this week especially after a week off to regroup.

If that happens... Pro Dooley will say UT is a top 20 team...

but....... anti dooley will definitely move Miss State to bottom 20 in FBS...

MSU defense overrated and inconsistent. UT defense, non-existent. Maybe 2 punts the entire game. MSU gobbles up yards and clock with a powerful running game and short passes. UT scores on quick strikes. Turnovers and settling for fg's instead of TD's will settle this one. UT will turn it over more, due to pressing too much. Add to that, UT will miss at least 2 FG attempts. MSU will have over 250 rushing and nearly that much passing, with a balanced attack. They will possess the football for nearly 2/3 of the game. Frustrating, but a loss, IMHO.MSU 34 UT 31

Tennessee wins this game by 17 in my opinion. I honestly feel that this will be the game where it all comes together. I have a question though. All year Tennessee fans have said we need a "signature win". Now I have read on here several saying if we beat MSU that it will not be a signature win because its not USCe, Georgia, Florida, or Bama...Um please explain...MSU is top 20, its on the road, and against an SEC team...To me that sounds exactly what everyone has been griping about that Dooley cant do, but now if he does it yal wanna say its not a "signature win"...How so?

I have no idea who will win this game, but I know how the game will play out.

MSU runs the ball and eats up 5 or 6 minutes each drive before scoring. This keeps our defense on the field the greater part of the game. In the 4th quarter, we will be tired.
We, on the other hand, will score by passing the ball and will score in 2 or 3 minute drives.
(1) If our receivers can catch the ball, we will win. MSU will be playing catch up all game, if we ever get ahead in the game.
(2) If our receivers can't catch the ball, then our first downs will not be extended. Then our defense will be on the field for consequetive 5 or 6 minute drives.
