I have Gameplan on DirectTV. It shows the game is coming on on channel 698. When I go to info it says..."Gameplan subscribers must purchase this game in this manner." The PPV is $29.95, but I have gameplan, isn't that so I don't have to order the PPV? Or will it come on anyway? I'm confused.

Sadly, no PPV here in Texas. Thank goodness it's on ESPN360.com. It's a free, live stream over the 'net, so not as nice as a wide-screen HDTV, but it'll work. Do y'all have access to the webstream up in Tennessee, or is there a blackout?

I really wish I was AT the game, but oh, well...

Once the game starts, you should be OK. It often says something stupid before the games start. Mine does that until games start...and then it just plays ESPN radio...so I'm a bit surprised yours doesn't do that too.

There's a blackout on this game (in Mid-TN at least) on Gameplan. You have to pony up the PPV fee IN ADDITION!!

The info on my directv screen says that the game is only available on PPV basis- EVEN IF YOU HAVE Espn Gameplan!!

My buddy said the same thing in Nashville. I think because it is a local market since you are in TN.

I didnt see this anywhere but they just said that Ben Martin would dress out and has been practicing since thurs on the pregame show. Most likely wont play though.

CAL barely beat Colorado St...... STATE not the big school. This is a team that TENN SHOULD be able to beat 49-14 everytime and CAL just got by, where as TENN got whooped (vpurse you take the "fumble" and the punt return away) the defense gives up the same amount of points as the VOLS.

JUST a tidbit for those saying CAL is a top 5 team!!!

No offense. I could really do without that guy that always sings the Star Spangled Banner. Geesh, makes me want to hurl. Guy is ridiculous. :eek:hmy:
