11 purely JG bad passes. 1 may have been the receiver not running their route, but I doubt it.

Secondary was awful. LBs struggled against the pass too.

OL played below their avg potential. 7 tackles behind LOS, 2 being sacks is not as good as they should be playing.

Lol, he goes 19-31 and you say 11 of his 12 misses were all bad throws. Hyatt or JG one had the route read wrong on his pass to him, long pass down the middle was thrown to the correct spot and it was definitely a catchable ball, especially if Johnson picks it up just a split second earlier, just a miss on a bomb I thought. At least 2 passes were pure throw aways along the sideline due to tight coverage and the miss in the endzone was really a bad decision I thought as he forced it into coverage and we were lucky he threw it bad as with that coverage could easily had intercepted any pass slightly off target. 1 pass was a pure drop by the reciever and the other 6 were all just high or barely behind as the receivers touched every pass he threw within the field of play. I counted 6 bad throws. His 8+ yards per completion is pretty good as well considering the 5 balls we got to V Jones netted just 5.8 per touch.

I watched the video and counted 11 bad passes and the 12th is the same you said was in question as to whether or not it was the receiver or JG. Probably Freshman. Explains why the last drive was so vanilla. That said, I think its fixable.

2:27
4:16 - Overthrown. Amazing catch. Probably being too picky here.
6:10

9:20
9:47 - Miscommunication. Probably on receiver.

Keyton dropped the only other incompletion.

I saw a post earlier that talked about how it is a good sign that nearly all but two of the incompletions were a product of JG missing his target, because it means he is throwing to the right person a high majority of the time and just needs to continue to work on his accuracy. They did throw in (no pun intended) the disclaimer that it is still not a good sign a 5th year senior is working on his accuracy. That said, I think the OL allowed too much pressure for a team of this caliber. They shore that up, and JG hits more throws. He dials in that emotion and focuses and he hits more throws. Suddenly, JG is throwing 300+ and we sing his praises.

@Freak, can't even begin to tell you how much it means for us when you condense the game tape like this. I rarely have time to rewatch a whole game, but can always afford to rewatch the condensed version, sometimes a couple of times in the following week.

Plus, it makes finding a play or series of plays that you want to analyze super quick and easy.

Hat is off to you, brother, you really serve the community well with this effort.

Thanks JP. As you can probably imagine, it takes quite a bit of time, so I'm not committing to do this every week, but I'll try to condense them when I can.
