We got so outcoached today. Where was our composure and motivation to win today? And also Antwan Stewart played horrible.

not ainge's fault whatsoever. just had one of the most accurate passing seasons in school history. again, without a running game.

It looks like another long year until next season begins. I will turn my attention to the hoops. the first big ten victory had to come at TN expense. It just sucks plain ****in sucks is all I can say.

Take Fulmer's money and give it to Bruce Pearl. Nooone is going to pay Fulmer $1m a year to coach their team, let alone $2.5.

arrogant and totally classless comments after a win, but also 100% accurate. so i guess you can't blame him for saying them.

Remove all the lineman from scholarships and play walkons... Then we at least have some scholarships for probably equally miserable line play on both sides.

GET RID OF FULMER,, this team sucks,,, I've never been so ashamed of being a VOL in my life... hear what the Penn st guys are saying, TENNESSE was not tough, they could not and did not want to go against us... THIS IS THE WORST DEFEAT EVER for a VOL fan... if the coaching staff can't get the players to suck it up and play hard nosed football, then we have the wrong coaching staff... 45 years of UT football and this is the first time I've ever been ashamed..and for anyone that wants to defend the Fulmer program, put your money where if will do the University some good,,,,, not in that loser.

Just by comparing the SEC and Big 10 at first, it looks like Florida is going to get murdered so bad that they should have declined to play.

Nebraska, Kansas State, Clemson, Maryland, Penn State

The last four all have the same theme...either we weren't ready...or didn't care one way or the other.

(I don't remember the Nebraska loss)

No FL has a NEW coach (after the old coach was decent and average and GOT REPLACED) and does not show up expecting to win.

:lol: LOL i wouldn't say that...arkansas is a better team that wisconsin. they should come back and win that one.

against nebraska, we were just overmatched. they were a much, much better team. all the other games, you're correct; we either didn't care or weren't ready.

PSU obviously is a very good defensive team and very physical.

That being said, and I don't want to take anything away from Penn State (I hate sore losers) but UT didn't play with the kind of intensity I would expect from them. And offensively we were a train wreck.

When a team is told for a month that they will be embarassed and they can't handle the "southern speed'(same thing was said about FSU last year) then you have to imagine he has a chip on his shoulder and wants to take a jab back if he gets the chance. Tony Hunt is probably the least arrogant player on PSU's team. You never saw him celebrate after a run or get angry at his line if he lost a yard.

i didn't say tony hunt was arrogant; i said his comments were arrogant.
