i believe it to be a great game....that said, it will be all tennessee early on and we will maintain a solid lead the entire second half. and this is not an ignorant statement.

Ohio looked scary shooting it like that on the Hoyas. How in the hell did they go 7-9 in the MAC? Good thing is seems like we've gotten more turnovers this season against opponents with their style of play.

Recent stats don't necessarily mean anything. The way UT plays Ohio will determine if they are able to shoot hot from the field or not. Or, Ohio could come out cold and UT hot. I think UT will throw a damn good defense on them and hopefully we keep our 3 ball hot.

For the last 8 games Ohio has been averaging 49% from the field, 45% from the 3 and 77% from the stripe.

They might of been saying that about Goins after the Ky game but we have been saying that about Mcmiss all year.I will give him credit ,he was only in the game 30 seconds last night before he had a foul.Against Ky last sat. he had a foul and a turnover in 20 seconds.

I disagree. If we hold Ohio to under 39% from the field and about 17% from three point range, while shooting over 40% from three point range ourselves and rebounding is similar, we'll kill them.

Pearl is getting better, but is still a terrible in game coach. If we can get something going early, there is a good chance we can keep it up. I think Groce can easily out coach Pearl if he can come up with a good game plan.



Wow the bold part is the most intelligent thing I've read, he has ESPN commentator written all over him. Also the team that scores the most points and holds the other team to fewer points should win and will come away with a sweet 16 birth.

I think you've actually been baiting them....

If Ohio relies on the 3 to win, I like our spot. We play the 3 well on defense. Hopefully we can find just enough offense to get it done.

The Vols aren't good offensively. Had a good night shooting treys and free throws last night and still scored in low numbers.
