How about he start coaching the players he has. I have not seen a single player improve in the past 3 years

Don't disagree with that. I'm not impressed with his coaching ability either. Tyler Smith has gotten increasingly worse. Lofton did well purely b/c he's a skilled BASKETBALL player.
