Tennessee vs. Auburn

We had several key D players on the sideline. Hopefully they will be back for Auburn or it will be a long night. Walker, Brown, Reviez, Rogan etc.

Be interesting to see what the line is?

it's going to be a long year regardless. auburn is pretty good. i've been very impressed with them this year. alot of their competetion has been against lesser teams, but they've taken care of business the way they're supposed to

Based on tonight's performance, every game we have left on the schedule could be a challenge.

Every SEC game will be a challenge, except maybe Kentucky and Vandy because they can't beat us.

there is no reason crompton should throw more than 20 25 times a game. we are consistent in running for positive yardage. we play the game plan like we did against florida... we win 23-17

They put away their game pretty convincingly tonight. They started slow but kept addind to their lead until they had a good win. ....Like we should have with Ohio. We need a much better game than tonight to have a chance against Auburn.

I think we will be fine. I think our coaches will have a good game plan against Auburn like they did against UF. We will run the ball on them to keep their O off the field. I think we tried to find a passing game tonight, evidenced by the 28 pass attempts in the 1st half.

Plus, our guys will be up for the first SEC game at home, AU will be on the road for the first time all season and hopefully we will have our full compliment of defensive players.

If our D plays like that AU will put up 50 or more points on us easily.

Looking at this performance, the UGA game really scares me with Cox and AJ Green.

If Ball State can score 27, Tennessee could drop 70

The difference is Auburn actually played their 2nd and 3rd string players after pulling out to a big margin. I have seen Auburn play in person this year and Guz Malzahn's offense will give us fits after allowing a MAC QB 310 yds passing.

doubt it.
i dont see us scoring more than 30pts.
my fiance just laughed at my post and said we'd score 13 if we're lucky (and by lucky he means crompton not playing).

I do believe that our defense will be better focused for Auburn. Our offense, however, is going to have a very, very tough time scoring points.

As of now 30 to 20 AU, but every week is different, ask USC, Stanford, OSU, BYU, LSU, Mich, ND, UGA, and FSU. U never know in CFB, thats why u play the games. N.IOwa should have beaten iowa, well psu gets beat by 11 at home to iowa. beauty of the game.

Well, if Ohio's qb can burn us for 300 yards with mid-major talent, I'm worried about facing Auburn's offense. I hope our home field advantage and talent level when compared to Auburn's (I think we have around the same talent, if not slight better talent then Auburn). The question is can we keep it close to an SEC team when we can count on Crompton turning it over at least twice?

it will be a high scoring game on both sides. I just don't think we can score enough to win this one.
