I have a lunch bet with my buddy every year for the UT game, and he earned it that year. What a ballgame.

Even now, Unbelievable.

People can say what they want but Casey had ice water in his veins!

he did have that something about him, where he didn't get to excited.

I will admit that sometimes it seemed like he was better with his back against the wall.

Never will be one of my favs (reminded me of Kosar, who I couldn't stand) but the guy(Clausen) was clutch.

Clausen is one of the two or three most unfairly maligned players in UT history.

I'll agree with that.

Watching this game last night also brought the whole James Banks enigma back to top of mind. Three or four balls right in his hands. Dropped. But then the tough catch on a tipped ball in OT he gets for six. That guy is one reason I have so little hair left atop my head....

Jamal Lewis and Carl Pickens come to mind.
Thought so, I was trying to give you a drum roll!

Anybody pay attention to the special teams play during this game? (back to the future)

he did make some clutch plays and then again some bone head plays too, as everyone has done at least once in their football career, some just more than others.

I agree with you. He was a very solid maybe not flashy but solid quarterback. How many of you wish just one of the qb's we had last year could have played as well as Casey did when he was here. I know I would've loved it. We would've had a much different season.

Classic UT / Bama game.....exhausting to watch.

Yeah, you should have been there. Thank God I found a bar to get buzzed at before the game, otherwise I would have never made it through that first half. LOL
