The VolleyVols start the 2023 season hosting the Tennessee Classic, with games against Texas State, Marist, and UT Martin 8/25 & 8/26.

The VolleyVols are on fire, starting their season 14-1, 5-0 in conference play. Their only loss was at Wisconsin, 2-3 on Sept. 3rd. In conference play, they've swept Missouri, Kentucky, Ol' Miss, and Alabama, and defeated Miss State 3-1. They start a home stretch, hosting LSU on Oct. 8, Auburn Oct. 13, Kentucky Oct. 15, and Arkansas Oct. 20. Presently, they're ranked #12 nationally.

Alas, the VolleyVols are now 16-3, having lost their last two matches to Kentucky and Arkansas. Tonight, they play at Missouri. GBO!

VollyVols are 18-3/9-2, having won their last two at Mizzou and vs TAMU. Friday, 11/3, the are at Florida. GBO!

In the NCAA tournament, the VolleyVols swept High Point and Western Kentucky to advance to the sweet 16. They face Texas on Thursday, 12/7 in Palo Alto. GBO!

Alas, The VollyVols lost a hard fought 5-set match to defending national champions, Texas on Thursday night. It went down to the wire in the 5th set, likely the best match of the tournament. The VollyVols conclude their season/post-season with a 26-5 record.

@WestTennesseeFox, I’m surprised you haven’t mentioned the UT-UTx match. Do you think the Double-Ls have a chance to repeat?

Taking the defending champions to the wire in the fifth set tied two all is a worthy effort.
