I am so sick of refs...and umps...determining the outcome of games. In baseball/softball they can do it in subtle ways. Not calling a 3rd strike right down the middle of the plate...which causes the pitcher to try extra hard in getting ball across the plate to get the next strike call...then hitter rares back and smacks a tater. Stuff like that. There SHOULD be some accountability for them. You do a bad job...you lose that job like everyone else.
