I know Gracie Osbron is about 10 games behind the other freshmen and I hope she has a little better eye when we get to SEC play.

Another HR given up by Arnold. I was just looking back through the box scores and of the 18 runs Arnold and Moss have given up this year, 15 were on HRs. It's bad that they are giving up that many but it's good that when they don't give up a HR they basically don't get scored on. It gives me hope that if they can clean that up, and with what appears to be a legitimate 3rd pitcher to keep the arms fresher, we could have a better shot at making the WCWS this year.

Thanks W.TN.Orange Blood, and thanks for your earlier welcome. Was glued to the active stats, and came back here, and wasn’t sure it would be ok to post the win. Thank goodness we have a lot to look forward to with our great softball team!

Keep bringing your thoughts & post more often in different threads that are available.
I stay mainly in the Politics Forum (off topic forum). I'm only here during the days the sports are being played.

Thanks again for that. I read here over all the sports forums every day. Didn’t know there was a Politics Forum. Right now, just read someone on LVBB thread cussing out literally, the players. The other day someone was discouraging our recruits to come. Are these trolls, are these the type of comments that should be reported, or is all accepted? Hope the players are smart enough to ignore some of the comments.

The VN Home Page at the top has "Forums". Move your mouse under it. A menu drops down & at the bottom there's a place to click on to the "OFF Topic Forums". It starts out w/the Pub. But above that click on Off Topic Forums. That opens up different topics you can choose to post in......like your favorite music movies & then there's politics & gaming etc. I hope this helps a little. Enjoy the day.

I will try to post about the game I am at the mercy of whatever video angle or commentary they give.

Hate to hear that about Seggern. Hope it is short term. It will give some a bats to the younger players at least. In the two games yesterday we had at least three out of the box calls, Batts had one and Holcomb had two. It doesn't matter as much now but in the SEC and post season you just cannot give outs. I don't even know if Holcomb does step out all the time but the other coaches make it a point obviously for the umps to focus on her so she has to be extra careful.

Actually Holcomb has been stepping out many times last year and still nothing new for her this year. It really does matter because it looks like not getting coached or taking coaching. She is a fine player other than that and needs to get her junk together and help this team. Batts has not played enough to develop a pattern . Simple mistakes like this will come back to haunt you at some point in big games and we are not good enough hitting and pitching to give an out away. JMHO as always!!
