You do realize this is impossible... right? At least when comparing apples to apples?

Your premise is only true because there are more doubles hit than homeruns, but that does not mean doubles bring in more runs than homeruns. Ask a coach if they would rather have 4 doubles hit in one game or 4 HR's hit in one game. I think you can guess the answer.

Anytime you can add a homerun hitter, that still maintains a good batting average, it is a plus to the team.

Just because 3-4 players may transfer out on the 8th does not back up any of your unsubstantiated claims about Karen. That's the norm now with the NIL and transfer portal.

If Karen were mistreating players and coaches like you claim this would not be knowledge known only by you. It would have been leaked to the media by players and family members long before your claim. And this would be well know on recruiting trails and Karen would not be able to recruit anyone or hire asst coaches. And neither of these are happening.

See you on the 9th. Looking forward to your new claims.

Spot on! Oklahoma has already had 3 hit the portal. I guess Gasso needs to be replaced since she is toxic? Softball has been out most consistent program on the entire campus over the past 20 years. Karen isn't perfect, but man she's been awesome for this university. I would expect that 3-5 hit the portal after this season, the same amount as all other programs in the country.

You should be ashamed of yourself for actively undermining the team your alleged favorite is a member of — and especially as they enter the World Series. It’s disgusting behavior. You are embarrassing her and doing everything you can to sabotage her team. If you are not a fake, I feel sorry for her having a skeleton like you in the closet.

Also, stop libeling her coaches. I’m surprised you haven’t been banned for that. If said person does transfer, fine, go to her new team’s board and say yay. But stay away from here. For now, support her present team or STFU.

It’s all about you, all the time. I can guarantee you that she (if your connection is real) wants a WCWS trophy right now — with her team right now — whatever the future may bring. Stop abusing her, her team, her coaches, her supporters, her fans here. Stop making an arse of yourself. Root for her team, asshat.

@VolsFan1615 if you are a parent of a student athelete, I am sorry if your experience has not been one of joy.

Coach Karen Weekly is an excellent softball coach. Trained as a lawyer she has a strong foundation for habits, standards and discipline. On Memorial Day weekend, I recognize it, and greatly appreciate her.

Any team can make it to a WCWS game in the NIL and Portal era. Cash seems to be king. Programs that make 20 consecutive appearances in Regionals and 3 of the last four WCWS are elite. Trust me, Elite Programs don't play favorites. That's nonsense.

Since we don't have any seniors starting at positions, I expect several really good players to be in the portal. Sad but understandable.

The “playing favorites” card is always the go-to by those who haven’t earned their place in the lineup. Even more so, by parents of such players.

It’s been happening in every sport at every level since the beginning of time.

Anybody who believes that crap is a moron. No coach is going to sabotage their own success by playing “next best” options.

I am confident that CKW is highly, highly motivated to win the only trophy that has eluded her and this program. And will do her absolute best to field her best team to achieve this goal.

First time for me being in this forum but I agree. IF (that's a big if cause there are unstable people who love going to opposition boards and create this type junk) said person in a parent or otherwise connected to the unnamed player and doing this type stuff...WOW!...could you even imagine the embarrassment that child must feel. There is ONE thing those of us who have been around to see and experience Karen and Ralph's success for years know....they are first class, hard-nosed, serious, kind, thoughtful people....IF i had a daughter (or granddaughter) who wanted to play collegiate softball...I'd look no further than Karen and LV's. I have seen how ridiculous some softball parents can act though...so it would not surprise me either way...
