Trying to criticize a coach after this season makes you lose all credibility. And makes you look petty and small.

Zero losses in SEC or NCAA Tournaments. 8-0. Fantastic!

And, yes, this team and any team not named Oklahoma might not win a national title. But that still wouldn’t take anything away from the success of this season.

And, I don’t concede anything, anyhow. LVs are more than capable of adding yet another trophy.

Not only top 8 but honestly I think they had a good argument for the #5 seed. The only team ahead of them in seed after us that I think might be better than them is Washington.

I know everyone is thinking that OU will beat Stanford, but it was their second game of the season & neither Vawter or Canady pitched in that game. Canady is the real deal so I expect them to give them more of a test than Clemson did.

Also I’ve been seeing all over twitter, instagram, & even YouTube where people think that we are the only team left than can really challenge OU. I mean look at the last game we faced against them, it was a battle & that was with Ashley and an average staff at that time….imagine a matchup where we have Ashley, Payton, and Karlyn.

Destiny was huge today. Don’t have much time now but Karen came out aggressive I would have sent Kiki 10 out of 10 times. She waited to pinch run til later so she had people left. Payton was awesome very few hard hit balls. They hit Ashley a lot harder. So good to see her get to the World Series. When we dropped the hammer on them we dropped it hard. Kudos to Karen.

Stanford’s offense can be anemic at times but Canady and Vawter are as good a 1, 2 punch as you’ll see. I think outside the champ series a few teams left like us or Stanford could beat OU. NW, who could also be on our side of the bracket, only lost to OU 2-1 I believe.

Stanford will be one of the teams to go 0-2, IMO.

Looking at the bracket, when it was a 4 team bracket before, the 2 teams on top of the bracket played each other. That would mean our first game will be against OK. We have time to prepare, we’ll be ready.

Nope, this is different. Looks like Stanford plays OK first. I’m good with that. The sooner we win, the more we save our pitchers.

The second game will be UT vs Alabama/Northwestern winner.
Oklahoma will play Stanford
