Used door dash once because I got stuck with a GC for Christmas dirty santa. Yeah, I don't get it. If you want old, cold, food that you have to pay extra for (on top of already high prices) then it's for you! I don't really even like getting take out more than 10 minutes away. I like my food hot and fresh.I have never doordashed, uber ate, or had any 3rd party deliver food to me.
The food is sealed now, if the seal is broken when it arrives you are not responsible and can get your money back. Lots of shady stuff happened in the early days of food delivery but it's not that way anymore.Me either...I've seen too many of the drivers and their vehicles. To each their own.
One day a stadium will be smart to be able to order Door Dash throughout the stadium to deliver to your seat (kids have tips built in to order to take them to your seat..) ...(Not just premium)![]()

And this is a big reason i don't. Had a friend order something for $10, she tipped $5. 50 percent of her order, and the driver went to the county Facebook page, posted her info with a picture of her house, and complained about the $5 tip, telling others to avoid because she was cheapYou tip your drivers?
I used it once. It was cold outside and the ******* who delivered it just left my food on the porch without knocking or letting me know it was there, so it sat out in the cold for 5 minutes before I knew to get it.Not me, I use doordash and uber eats like a champ. It's made me lazy, but keeps me out of traffic and having to spend an hour driving back and forth.
I have a friend in a major metro area who makes $100 per night delivering. Once he hits that, he's done.
He pays for his kids college with the money.
