People this has been said many times before but do not let this period be one of pessimism. CLK and his crew is the new era of UT football. Whatever your views and opinions this is a time to celebrate a new era and contribute as a fan base. Please no more banter on CLK this is a time to circle the wagons and fight for our identity. Bama and the Gators have stole what is rightfully ours, the cream of the SEC, we must reclaim. Everyone, this is the chance, this is what we have been waiting for, let us embrace this with open arms no matter what the objection lets bring UT back to what it is known for, dominance. Go vols!

Dude, I've read most f your posts. I know you're a UT fan and this is your "personality" as you put it inone post. I'm not trying to bash you at all; but NOONE is going to take you seriously or believe you with that name and avatar.

There is an unhealthy obsession with some of my UT brethren toward Alabama/Bear. Are some of you closet Bama fans?

I frequent three boards and post in one. But of the three, I read more Alabama/Bear related posts/threads/innuendo here than from any other.

There's a line that's being crossed here. While I thoroughly detest Bama, I still think Bear Bryant is one of the top 3 CFB coaches of all time.

Bear Bryant wouldn't have been nearly the same level of coach. He wouldn't have been able to stockpile all of the talent that wasn't at ND.

this bad press is now pathetic. I am tired of all this negative attention, TN is getting a terrible rep around the nation because of this. Kiffin needs to STFU until Spring Practice

Why would a UT fan choose the name and avatar of BearBryant? You must be a Bammer at heart. If not, you might wanna signout and register under a new name.

I completely disagree. Kiffin knows what he is doing. Whether you see it as positive or negative, he is getting UT back in the minds of people everywhere, including future recruits. The more attention the team gets, as long as its not for a horrible reason, it can only help us come recruiting time next year.

I believe this thread was rally the troops not whine about CLK. For the recruiting, who do you think an alpha male 18 year old is going to want to play for a guy who is calling out people talking about how the team WILL win and WILL get it done with intensity. Or a mumbling fat person. The future is here, there is a reason UT hired a young up and coming guy, within the context of this thread they are looking for the next Bear Bryant, Paterno, Bowden, lets hope CLK will deliver which I think he will and turn this around. A good barometer will be next years class, if they pull in a top 5 class watch out world.
