Tennessee opens as 14.5 favorite against Vandy

Missouri only beat them by 10 points. I'd be tempted to take Vandy and the points. I'd love to be wrong and Tennessee run Vandy out of their own stadium. Especially since i'll be witnessing it live.

Candy has little to play for left this season and from what I'm hearing the coaches have pretty much lost the team and their respect. Couple that with an orange stadium and I don't see Vandy bothering to even put up much resistance.

This will be my kids first Game, they are stoked. They are 7 years old and already hate Vandy. I hope we hang 60 on them by half time.

That's still giving a home team a lot of points. Tennessee may very well cover but i wouldn't be surprised if it's more of a grinder.

If I was in Vegas, I would put down some money on UT covering 14.5 points.

Show no mercy coach! I think the extra practices are going to be so critical for this young football team.

I hope the 2nd half of this game is a glorified practice. We need to keep jakob in and some other young guys. Dont want to be talking (in)experience next year.

That's it? If the line doesn't end UT up by at least 20, then its a safe bet to at least cover. Vandy is terrible and UT will crush them.

This the same assclowns that had us a 3.5 over Mizzou?

True. But had we played our A Game that number wasn't too far fetched. I know we could play what if all day but take away the two turnovers that translated into Mizzou points and we win the game.

Vandy mustered only 7 points against Kentucky. I'd think about that before taking the points.

I think 1 of 2 things will happen...

1...Candy comes out fired up and ready since they've beaten us lately and this game is tougher than we expect, or

2...Candy just wants this season over with and comes out lackluster and we stomp them.

This is the bowl game for Candy this season so I won't be surprised to see them throw some curveballs at us.

Be ready boys and kick their Candy butts!!!

Score on every offensive possession then sprinkle in a few more by the defense. Make Mason and the dores pay for all of Franklin’s transgressions.

I expect a beat down of Vandy this weekend. The previous games I only wanted to be entertained. I did not expect us to win any of the SEC games or Oklahoma but I EXPECT a massive beating this weekend. Anything less and you have to wonder what we have on the sidelines on game day. They are wonderful recruiters, trainers and represent the university very well but the jury is still out on game day coaching. We have Vandy out matched at every position so the X's and O's should be easy. UT 51 Vandy 0

the line is -17 most places now.

Vandy has scored 85 points in 7 SEC games. 21 of those were from Darius Sims Kickoff Returns and a pick 6. So the offense has scored 64 points in SEC play. Their avg like 9ppg in SEC play offensively.
