I thought he was the starting RT during spring practice? I guess he got passed up by the end by Sanders. Losing depth hurts, but hopefully someone else steps up.

What is important is being able to develop them freshman and Sophmore OL so they get meaningful playing time in there junior and senior years. If they can’t crack playing time by junior year they are probably going to transfer. But the LOS is a hard area to recruit and predict development. You need great coaches at the LOS that can develop em. GBO

Writing on the wall this year and the situation getting more dire everyday. We are staring up at. 5-7 season or worse. This could be Heupel’s last year on the hill. Just sayin what everyone is thinking. It’s not looking good. Go Vols.

So.....the OL of the future will be 5*/4* at each starting position followed by "projects", 3*s and walk-ons for depth. Awesome.

Wish that were true at Ohio State, Georgia, and Alabama. Depth seems not to be a problem there.
It def was a problem for Alabama and Georgia last year. Milroe’s backups looked like garbage and they had to roll with him and his known limitations which cost them. Same for UGA when Beck went down. Had to start a talented but inexperienced QB in the SECCG and they end up losing.
