I like them! I recently tried on a pair of Pegasus 37’s @ Fleet Feet and they were really comfortable. I probably wouldn’t purchase these because it’d be hard to keep them clean...

That's just the way Nike/Adidas photograph their shoes for promotional/sales purposes, perhaps to have a cleaner look. Rest assured, these shoes tie just like any normal pair you've ever seen.
