It is not hard to recruit at Tennessee. Tennessee has always recruited nationally. Tennessee has the largest recruiting budget in the nation.

The talent is not "way down". The players just need some coaches to develop them to their full potential.

It's been pretty easy for Texas A&M, Florida, USC, Nebraska, Texas, Alabama, Auburn, South Carolina, even Arkansas, but not Tennessee
