I’m part of the Memphis Tigers Basketball Fans Facebook group. A buddy of mine snuck me in a couple years ago, and it’s the unknowledgeable portion of the fanbase. There’s one thread calling Rick Barnes a prick and that he’s the problem and not Penny. But overall lots of blinded hatred in that group and it is pretty comical with the general lack of X’s and O’s knowledge or not having the common sense of the current college basketball landscape.

Right. A lot are suburbs. The Memphis suburbs are really nice and have a strong police presence and tight knit communities and amazing school systems. But just like the Nashville metro, the suburbs are linked in just as we link Brentwood and Franklin with Nashville.

Man, this just keeps getting better. The Commercial Appeal Tiger beat writer, Mark Giannato, just lit 1 Cent up too. The terms negligence and not telling the truth (which seems to be a common thread with him) were brought up. Said that Barnes is right in not rescheduling a game with a team full of unvaccinated players. Can’t copy the link for some reason but maybe my computer savvy friend can do it 😄

The same backlash Aaron Rogers got for giving misleading and falsified information should come down harder on Ole one cent. Coach should be held to higher standards than players. And how much money did Tiger High leadership cost ESPN, Bridgestone arena, the city of Nashville etc? No respectable program should want to schedule Tiger High OOC again for years

Aaron misled. Penny flat out does what he does....he lies. He is dirty, low class, and a cheater
