so flawed. who has national championships? tennessee, michigan, fsu.

who doesnt? georgia and penn state. there are two "underrated teams" that, although they consistently finish high and win 10 games, what do they have to show for it? absolutley nothing, thats what. psu plays crap, and then gets beat up by the true big dogs (lsu was not a true power this year, and they only won by 2). then theres uga, who is floridas perenial b*tch...

It looks as if the teams that have won national championships are the overrated ones, falling from their preseason prediction the following year. Alabama is underrated because they were so freakin' bad under DuBois, Sherman, Franchione, and Shula that they had no where to go but up. I would think that they may move to overrated this year if they were to lose only one game.

And yes, FSU, UT, and Michigan have suffered the past few years, but so did Miami in early 90's, Alabama the past 10 years, and Florida until Spurrier arrived.

If every program on that list is overrated, then would it be safe to assume that college football in general is overrated? Maybe watching sports is overrated. I never knew it until now that I hated college football.

Am I the only one who read this and had an Animal House moment?
