Tennessee in trouble per Dan Patrick

Does anyone else think it’s kind of funny that Tennessee and Georgia are getting investigated for cheating, while Alabama has been stacking 5 stars 3 deep on their roster for the last 10 years? All the while the head men at both Tennessee and Georgia came up under Sabans tutelage. Alabama wrote the damn book on cheating, but the Ncaa just looks the other way in order to protect their cash cow. Smdh.

The NCAA is so pissed about Alabama cheating that they are going to give UAB the death penalty

This was Fulmer's plan all along. Bring in someone that knows the inner workings of our rivals so we can take them down with NCAA violations. Then we bring in the real coach to take over watch TN rise from the ashes like a Phoenix.

Any truth to this or are you just raggin Ga?

Dan Patrick originally reported this and some others have picked up on it. At this point it’s unclear how intense or serious the investigation is.

We learned long ago that the NCAA and SEC has a different rule book for Alabama. Until the other members of the SEC stand up and do something about it nothing will be done.

Fulmer, Jackie Sherrill, Jim Donnan, Houston Nutt, Rip Scherer, Brad Lawing all did band together. Seven schools provided evidence from 1999; Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Memphis, Michigan State, Mississippi and Tennessee, plus testimony from Alabama. It worked for a while. Incidentally, Logan Young (Alabama Booster) died of mysterious causes on April 11, 2006. Logan Young - Wikipedia

I am having a hard time understanding why this isn't worse for Fulmer than Pruitt. Program discipline issues played a big part in him being fired as HC. He's back... and suddenly UT has recruiting issues in the football program?

Dan Patrick is just another media puke who just blahs to stay on the air. Unless he has news I don't care what he thinks.

Per the NCAA:

Rather than institute sanctions against Tennessee, the NCAA will instead force Tennessee to keep the current coaching staff for 2 more years!
