I like Chuck Smith as much as everybody else. But I'm kind of worried about Justin Wilcox not having some of his guys to help him install his stuff. I thought that was the main thing that hindered Dave Clawson. The old staff was there, and they never bought in which made it easy for the players to not buy in. ...I can't help but think since we got Wilcox he should've got to bring a couple of guys or at least 1 he's comfortable with.

I have to agree, hopefully all the coaches are on the same page.
