Florida with 60, wouldn't have thought that with their relative lack of success until the Spurrier era.

No, Andre Smith went in the top 3 in 08 didnt he?

Alabama did not have one player drafted the first year Saban was there. Shula left AL with nothing. Andre Smith was drafted in Saban's second year and that was the only half decent player Shula left for Saban. Shula left Bama in alot worse shape than TN was in. I almost felt sorry for Alabama hiring that POS, LOL.

Florida is the most surprising to me. I'm curious about the Big 10 and Pac 12 teams as well

Can't believe Florida, but then again they used to have more rounds and more picks, so it probably wasn't too difficult to have 1 player in a draft with 350 players or w/e the number was.

the misconception about florida is that, in a lot of people's minds, because florida did not win an sec title until 1991 that all of its football history prior to the head coaching tenure of steve spurrier is at right about the same level as mondern day vanderbilt and kentucky.

before steve spurrier, florida was never elite. however, post world war II, for the most part florida has been pretty good. by pretty good, i mean having winning seasons and going to bowl games.

Who does it look like it will be next year?

I've heard rumors that Carolina is going to pass on newton this year and draft green so they can draft Matt simms first overall next year. Remember u heard it here first.
