i would love to get my hands on some of the pictures from the game especially some of the georgia fans hanging their heads beforfe halftime!

Yeah, count the birds...not give them. At least 10 people on the last bus of the Ga band were flipping off the crowd at the volwalk.

I think it's classless when fans do it, but I consider it wholly unacceptable for someone representing a university to do so. I guess we can't expect too much from Georgia, though.

I know I would've been thrown out if I had done something like that while I represented the university.

Does anyone have the picture they had on tv of the idiot that paints UGA on his head for every game with his head down during halftime or the third Qtr? I would love to use that for my computer wallpaper for a few weeks.

That picture dosn't show it, but at one point she was patting him on the arm....funny

Not to ruin in on the UGA Band comments :p BUT, My uncle invited me to this game, he and my aunt have season tickets in W, bought me a single ticket, showed me it, and I told him great, its in the Georgia section right next to the band, he of course being naive said no, I'll be right there with Tennessee fans. Well I wasn't next to the band, I was IN the band's section, One row behind the Tuba players. Had to stand the entire game just to see. I have to say other than singing their versions of Rocky Flop, singing Pat Summit is a Lesbian, and other pointless songs, they were very friendly to me. I do have to say though, the UGA band seemed to play a ton, they played even after Tenn made first downs, it just seemed to play almost after every play.

Bands do that a lot..kind of the whole "well, we did our part, now if they team would" thing. You play when the team winds, play when they lose.

If they only played after UGA did something good, they would have only played 2 songs the whole game.

After we beat UGA in athens in 04, there was an incredible picture of two UGA girls looking dejected on the front page of the Daily Beacon. They had "UT sucks" painted on their arms and I swear I think one of them was crying. It stayed on our Fridge for over year. Then we threw it out when we moved. Now I wish I had it back. It brought joy to my life each and every day. If someone could find it I'd be very grateful.
