I understand why they did it. But it looks horrible with it the way it is. Make the entire foul territory astro-turf if you're so hard pressed to have the easier maintenance. But the 20 feet down the line crap looks so bad.

dang good question...short answer...wasn't that good to begin with...there is heavy competition in the SEC and we just don't have the staff yet to really compete...yet...
