The number of eggs doesn't change. It's when a bunch of alligators hatch and you were counting chickens that you're screwed IMO.

Might want to wait to see if Jones can coach and those 3 guys actually pan out as players before making that kind of statement. Ultimately the measure of "turning the program around" is wins. Jones is 5-7 and none of those guys have played a down.

Turned around recruiting? Yes. Single handedly? No, position coaches and coordinators have had a hand in it too. But turning the program around? Hope so, but until they start winning in a dominate manner, I gotta say not yet.

Recruiting is half the battle back. The other half of it is player development. And that can sometimes take awhile. Not trying to burst your bubble OCI, but I know how badly our fan base takes disappointment. It's OK to keep our hopes high, but let's keep our expectations real.

They haven't turned anything around yet....Getting good players yeah but remember We were 5-7 last year so until results are seen nothing is turned around yet....sorry to be the fly in the vaseline but it is what it is....I'm hoping for the best

I remember feeling indebted to Alan Cockrell. Before him, we had a run of problematic QBs -- spunky guys, but struggling. Cockrell brought back a winning toughness, making some critical throws, running a bit, just finding a way to make it happen. I won't forget how he helped turn us around back in those days.

I think Fulmer made this program. After he left, the next couple coaches tore us down. But now Butch is bringing us back up to the top.
