Awesome. That changes the gameboard from the legal minds posting last night and in stories today.

The MOU is enforceable once it’s executed. But without full signatures it is not in effect yet. Doesn’t mean Schiano’s reps won’t try. But should weaken their stance.

I would be skeptical that Schiano would go the legal route. Maybe demand his attorney's fees and costs be reimbursed. On the other hand, if he did file a lawsuit we could find out exactly when he was first approached by the UTAD.

This isnt Schiano’s fault. It’s squarely on UTAD. Thus I would absolutely agree he is entitled to reasonable itemized expenses he incurred during this process.

Now if he loses his job at tOSU? unprecedented. And no idea if that is actually in play.

Currie signed it, not sure if davenport did. But if she did UT could owe schiano money and also jones. Or should I say currie owes schiano and jones a butt load of cash.

I wonder why she wasn’t with Currie to get him then. When FL went to get Chip, they had everyone they needed to get the deal done.

I'd say it's because they're terrible at their jobs and that wouldn't be wrong but it was most likely because there was no rush. Schiano is still coaching for OSU and wasn't going to be immediately available anyway.

I don't believe this. This sounds like Hyams posting this to get heat off of wveryone but Currie.

This means Currie will be fired. Don't forget that Davenport trolled us as well.
