That sounded bad....If Ut had won, I would have never meet the wife. That sounds better!

Yes....it does.

02 Citrus Bowl. My buddy was a Michigan fan and had two tickets. I was the only VOL fan in the entire section. Man, that was a good day.

I made a small wager with my cousin (a UM alum) over that Citrus Bowl. He delivered it in cash by dumping a jar full of pennies on my bed after somehow getting into the house.

The fun part was finding some old pennies in there and selling them for more money.

Being only 18, I don't have many, but I do have a few.

1999 Fiesta Bowl - I was only 8 years old, but that night will forever stick out in my mind. I was running through the house yelling, "Tennessee Won!!!!!!!!!! Tennessee Won!!!!!!!!"

2001 Citrus Bowl - Beating the crap out of Michigan after missing out on Miami and the Rose Bowl was a nice little consolation prize. I remember Witten had a good game that day.

2004 Cotton Bowl - I had never seen Tennessee win a Cotton Bowl up until that point. I was excited for this game. Seeing us blow out Texas A&M was awesome. After the game, I thought, "We're gonna be the 2005 National Champions, with our recruiting class and our returning players." How wrong I was.

That's great, Loser thinks he's smart paying in pennies and you find some worth a little extra....great stuff.

If CLK turns out to be AWESOME then the 2008/2009 NObowl could become one of my favorites.

He's a hell of a guy, and I'm not just saying that because we strongly resemble each other.

Of course, a few years back I took a class and sat behind someone who looked exactly like me. And believe me, that's extremely tough to do.

'04 Cotton Bowl. Aggies make me sick. It was awesomewatching them go the whole game without letting them "kiss" their dates after a touchdown!

That '85 Sugar Bowl (actually it was Jan 1, 1986) will always be special to me. I was a senior in high school and my parents splurged and we took the trip to New Orleans for the game... my first ever bowl game. We didn't realize until we got into the stadium that our tickets were on the front row of the end zone... the end zone that 4 of the 5 Tennessee TD's were scored in. That was one amazing game. Tenn shocked the world that day... and Vinny.

I was a sophomore at TN for the 85/86 Sugar Bowl. I was in the Superdome, "It's Great to be a Tennessee Volunteer" It was the game that put us back in the national elite.

By the way: the game was played on Jan. 2, 1986( I still have the ticket stub!)
