Am I the only one really concerned about this game?

If you look at the stats listed here, Appy St last year scored more points than us, had less points allowed, more running yards per game, and had nearly 50 yards more of offense than us.

I'm really hoping we win, but I'm just not sure.

would love to make a bowl game this year! Music City Maybe?

Hopefully we don't go back to the dark ages when posts like this were our reality.

Will we win big? YES. But is this a legit team that will give us trouble for at least the first half? YES. Will they score some points? YES. Will we be cautious with how many snaps our starters get? YES. Will we settle in and roll the second half, wearing them down and giving our backups some great experience and reps? YES. next game....

When I read the thread title the image of Ron Zook and Kinko's came crashing down on me. Relieved.

Has a bowling green from last year feel to it. Except they are going to run the ball. They will put up some points. But we will put up more.

App State won 11 games last year. They got a great QB and some serious skills.

We need to mind our P's and Q's.

As long as we don't start Jumper at MLB and Berry at strong safety we should avoid repeating the defensive woes of Bowling Green

If we have to settle for the Music City Bowl this year then Butch may wanna start firing up his resume.

Bowling Green was by far the best offense we played last year and nobody was even a close second.

I am friends with Taylor. He played qb at Calhoun a highschool in Ga close to Chattanooga. I met him and his dad years ago at a best of Preps banquet. I text him last night and said get ready to feel the pain. He responded with we'll see. Good guy and full of confidence!
