Tennessee -7 over Florida

They are not going to walk into Neyland and lay down for the Vols. The Vols are getting exposed to too much radioactive sports media laden rat poison.
Oh, it will be a tough game, just like Pitt. But when Pitt took lead, our guys just kept on playing.

Vegas has been putting some stinky lines out there this year, like Okla 10 over Neb last week and Socal 12 over Fresno. They obviously wanted betters to think too much and possibly lay off the games. Hope this is what they are up to with Tennessee -7. My mind tells me UT should cover easily; based on FL's performances thus far, South Florida is a mess, and UF should have blown them out; coming off the Loss to UK.

Which is totally out of their control. All they can do is line up and play the game

@lawgator1 Do you think Florida going on the road for the first time this season will have any impact on the outcome of the game? I don’t know much about Richardson but I would have to think that Neyland Stadium on Saturday will have an impact on the gators. Thoughts?

I guarantee our team isn’t taking Florida for granted. Having said that there is no reason to fear or tighten up either. We can play with Florida and we are capable of beating Florida. The past doesn’t mean squat. All records and streaks end at some point. Tennessee just has to go out there and prove it on the field. This team is going to be ready for that Saturday afternoon! GBO!!!!

Usually first road game is unsettling. Especially if the home team plays well.

Of course. It's a young team, many will be flustered by the crowd. I expect some false start penalties for us, not that it matters since we have no passing game.

It's not just AR either, I just don't see a solid SEC WR corps on the Gators sideline.

Is 5 for home a thing?

It’s not always 3 like everyone thinks, it can be a bit more or less based on the situation.

For instance, Vandy isn’t going to be 3 points closer to Bama because they have them at home. And we are probably going to get more than a 3 point bump given the fact that our crowd is guaranteed to be deafening.
