The talent is getting better every recruiting season, injuries happen in a physical sport, and that is the one area it is showing up right now. If McCoy is ever able to go again, that will help big time, and the coaching struggles aren't as bad as it appears, young players without a lot of experience who may not know the intricacies of adjusting make for some bad moments. The team is getting better every week, and the more they play and practice, the more experience they acquire. Let's not be suggesting replacing the coaching staff, most of them are good coaches, some are questionable, but we don't need wholesale changes.
