So please stop the "Auburn did better with less time" crap.

who would've predicted last week we'd have 3 threads dedicated to arguing UT vs Awful Auburn?

Oku decommitted, i saw it run across the ticker. I believe he soured on us for some reason. He was a all purpose back. Not as big as reggie bush, not a every down back more than likely. I would have swapped a 3 star lineman for him in a heartbeat.

It wouldn't matter if Tennesse got a 4.0 Star Recruiting Average, some ne'rdowell Negavol would still come up with some mindless reason for slobbering a ration of putrific, slimey hatred for the program.

If you are one of the Negavols and hate the Vols so much why don't you get a life and take up more exciting endeavors like mustardseed counting or thistleseed-sifting as a hobby. That might help occupy your otherwise vacant personality and those mustard or thistle seeds will not pay any attention your negative attitude.

Auburn without a doubt finished with a better class. 3.21 Average, but with 10 more players. They kicked our butt as did every other SEC school. It is what it is!

1) Alabama
2) LSU
9) Georgia
10) Florida
12) South Carolina
14) Arkansas
17) Ole Miss
18) Auburn
22) Mississippi State
23) Tennessee

All they did was get a whole bunch of players that will end up being far inferior to the quality of talent that we have, and will continue to go after.

Well, I for one would rather leave spots open for four or five star recruits next year than fill them with three star guys this year. Which is what Auburn did.

So you would rather have scholarships tied up with players who would play no significant role, just so you could end up with an inflated ranking?

Personally, I am not concerned with rankings and all of that nonsense. What I am concerned with is the holes and lack of depth on this team, especially on the line. The lack of depth at oline and dline will be our doom for the next couple years. You can mark that down.

Quality over Quantity

I'm sorry but this argument is lost on me when LSU, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Ole Miss got both Quantity and Quality.

I just don't want to get into an argument with Auburn over which bottom tier team did better as to quantity vs. quality.

I need a drink.
