I think you should be replaced, everyone you mentioned had a great game except 1 play.

Teague (and the rest of the corners) were a few steps behind the GA Wr's all day. If Murray could have hit the long pass early in the game, this could have gotten ugly.

I just hope Tauren Poole has a useful degree.

The following players need replacements as soon as we can find them:

James Stone
Tauren Poole
Marsalis Teague
Michael Palardy
Zach Rogers

I hate to say this, but I agree. Was thinking this very thing with the same list last night.

Stone - obvious problem

Poole - yes, he's a senior but something is different with him this year. Lane needs more playing time....yes, he's not the best either right now, but I think he's nearly as good as Poole and he's a Freshmen. Get him some playing time.

Teague - is getting burned as a DB. Period.

Palardy - Daniel Lincoln 2.0

Z. Rogers - Butterfingers

That's a sobering statistic. Has any team ever finished SEC play with negative run yardage? Hard to envision much improvement next 2-3 weeks. We may be in a pretty big hole by the time we get to Vandy (who has a pretty good defense) and Ky.

We have a combination of backs that may not be SEC caliber backs.....but we have an OLINE that is not position properly for success....IE Stone at Center.....There is not much more you can do.....except Age them for experience.....in a time machine.....But the facts you have quoted have to many intangibles in them...For example, the Coastal Carolina game had a few youthful subs in the game.....

So don't throw up the facts....when they are distorted.....

This group is young and you should not mix your facts with jokes....HS School football is a joke when it comes to the College level....Give GA some credit too.....but our oline is young....Take Stone out of center....It is not his natural position...Put him on the line and get a center to stablized line it we may see a different run game.... Next year....

Still can't grasp why the same players who are so good at pass protection are so embarrassingly bad at run blocking....Bray has all day to throw,Simms has all day to throw(unfortunately it takes him a day and a half to make a decision)

Why not start emptying the bench and see what we have? Dooley wants scars-- might as well get as many of them on as many players as possible this year, so they'll be ready to go next year. There certainly isn't a huge downside, and maybe we'll have some pleasant surprises. I want to win in the SEC more than I want to go to a toilet bowl.

That is what we were doing last year with the group that is playing now. It hasn't helped them much.

SEC 273 yrds total rushing vs Tenn -29

UGA 139 Total yrds rushing vs UT -20
UF 134 Total yrds rushing vs UT -9

By the end of Oct we will be -100 rushing

so would this be the Dooley Factor, or the Chaney factor?
