Doubtful. If we start becoming worth a crap and a spot opens up he could come. The powers that be won't hold a grudge for a coach of his stature.

I'm hoping my sarcasm meter is off today. Otherwise u are clueless. He, in as highly public manner as possible, spurred us in favor of the biggest enemy in the history of our program. That's what u call being a vfl? Wow!

So he led us to our only National Championship in the modern era but because he decided that staying at his current job was better for his career you hate him?

Championships are hard to come by. Wide Receiver coaches are not.

How can you call that Benedict Arnold a VFL? lol Really? Ill never forget what he did for our Vols in 1998. But, turning his back on us and the way he handled it has made me turn my back on him..completely.

I don't hate Tee but he sure isn't on my good side at the moment. We don't know all the details involved with his job offer and things like that but from what I think I know, the offer was good enough to match USC. Who knows what his wife had to say about it? My guess is a lot of the reason why Tee isn't here is because of her.

He's more than a decent recruiter. He's moved up from New Mexico to USC in a few short years. Just because all of you are butthurt doesn't change that he is a good coach.

The thread is about TEE MARTIN and its a UT sports message board forum for gods sakes! You softies need to get some thicker skin. What did you expect..every post in this thread was going to praise the backstabber..I mean guy? If somebody wants to let some steam off their chest about the guy and tell ya how they really feel about him, then LET THEM! How is it hurting you in any way that I feel he is a Benedict Arnold? It isn't as simple as him looking out for his career and making a business decision. Him spurning the team in a time of need, when we reached out to him? This is family, and he just spit in his dad's face, as it were.

Let him have his fill of the Cali (high-tax, liberal infested) lifestyle. I lived out there for a few years. Glad to be back in TN.

Yes it is. He came out here and checked things out. He was offered a job. He decided it was better to stay at his current job. He owes nothing to this university and everyone needs to get the hell over it.
