Why anyone claims to have inside sources after the last month is beyond me. Nobody here knows anything and nobody even believes you guys at this point anyways haha

Money talks. I suspect they might retain a few staff members who are respected by the players. I would say Gillespie fits that. I'm not sure which others. This would help with the recruiting class and provide some continuity.

Beyond that... UT needs to go deep pockets and hire whoever they want for coordinators then do the same to let those coordinators hire their assistants.

Half the battle for a HC is finding a staff with the right skills and chemistry. The rest is getting and developing players.

I've never claimed to have inside sources. My wife literally works at Purdue so if she hears something I will share it, if she doesn't then I will have nothing to share, unless I hear something around town. I used to have a source at Tennessee and believe me I never posted anything that I found out from him. I don't need ecred. I'm perfectly fine without it.

What kind of program has Kirby Smart run prior to taking over Georgia? Never know till the Tee gets a shot. Not my first choice, but I wouldn't shoot it down right away.

What "line of thinking" is that? Petrino had an 8-4 season at WKU prior to Brohm taking over. Prior to that, they had won 7 or fewer games in each season since stepping up to FBS. Brohm won 8 his first year then followed that up with two consecutive conference championships and 10+ win seasons. He just got Purdue to a bowl game... Purdue has a HORRIBLE roster. Without much question they or Illinois have the worst rosters in the Big 10.

But take a look even at their losses. They were in it with everyone.

The guy flat out knows how to coach... even without the talent needed to win.

Kiffin with Tee as OC (pay the man)= heck of an offense and set in recruiting. Hire a homerun dc( pay this man too) and bingo. Pretty simple formula.

Al Wilson has coaching experience. Can we lure him for defense in some capacity? At this point we need a lot of UT unity. Maybe Tee can bring in some more homers.

Kiffin is my #1 choice but some of you hate him so much even though he tried to go home and save his previous school.

I honestly don't see why Brohm would accept the job. He's been there just one year, and he's an up-and-comer. He could wait and attach himself ot a program with better leadership.

Coaching experience where? He owns an Indoor Football League franchise and I’ve heard he participates in camps. No coaching experience mentioned anywhere.

Every program has issues until a coach wins. Bama did. UGA did. LSU did. UF does. OSU. Michigan. PSU. USC. Washington.

I know people tend to only see what's close to them but this really isn't a "big deal" in the grand scheme of things.

Hire the right guy... win games. And everyone becomes "great to work for/with".

If this blunder pushes Currie from a questionable hire like Schiano to a really good hire like Brohm... none of this will matter for long.

Tee all the way. Could hire him for less $ and have $ to spend on staff. He's the only one who has been around UT enough to understand craziness of our fan base. Great recruiter. He would take the job. Don't see him making lateral move to be OC under Kiffin. Kiffin since he has an offensive mind may not let Tee do his thing as OC. I seriously doubt if UT will risk another blowup with fan base of bringing back Kiffin.
