I'm going to send my resume' to Al Davis, hell with his track record I can honestly say I have a shot. We're going to have to work out some contact details about admin not messing around with cheerleaders though.

Be sure and mention that your a life long Raiders fan, and that you bleed black and silver. That should put you at the top of the list.

I believe Al Davis is looking like the one with egg on his face. Kiffin had no chance to bring in his own staff and make real HC decisions.

IMO Davis helped Kiffin more than he hurt him.

You're not kidding. Al Davis was always a hero of mine because he stuck it to The Man with regularity. Now, he's behaving like the imperious suits he always detested.

He's a prime example of someone staying in their profession too long and tarnishing their legacy.

Obscure Fact: Al Davis was Jim Haslam's coach at Fort Belvoir, back when military bases had football teams.

I have been very impressed with Kiffin and the way he's handled a terrible situation.

In Kiffin's interview yesterday, he landed a great shot when stating "I feel sorry for him", speaking of Al, translation: he is pathetic.

Lets look at what Davis has done to Kiffin:

1.) Tried to publicly humiliate Kiffin, in turn making himself look like a huge clown.

2.) Make Kiffin look as though he is a rogue coach who won't listen, when all he did was give the man the biggest publicity he could, and opened the eyes of everyone to a good coach.

3.) Tried to swindle Kiffin out of his 3 million, when he probably helped him attain a massive contract for next season in the SEC, and still will probably have to pay him the 3 million.

Smart move Al.
