Do you engage just for the sake of discussion? I am here to learn from others and hopefully gain acceptance of my opinions because I think my opinions lead to a better world. I was just puzzled when you said you don't care if your ideas are accepted as reasonable. What is the point of arguing then?

Well considering most of yall sound like you worship the guy as some type of conservative god, I'm not surprised you think that. To yall the guy can't make a mistake. Heck I bet at least a few of yall have shrines set up to Ted Cruz at your houses.

Can't you get over your hard-on for Cruz? If anything, he annoys the hell out of liberals. He's A-okay in my book for that despite any other shortcomings.

I never thought of ol Teddy being a conservative god & that's giving him too much credit with that way of thinking. The dude is just doing his job like he was elected to do. I will let it go when you tea party fanatics admit the defund or shutdown tactic was stupid and quit blaming everyone else for its completely predictable failure.

Not a tea-partier, but I love the fact that the government shut down and nobody really noticed except government employees. Shows you how much waste there is.
