This team as a whole has quit on Pruitt. I can only hope he has destroyed this team on purpose to build it up from the ground up. I have never seen a Div I team play with so little intensity, emotion or drive. We are not even close to playing at a SEC level right now. If I knew we were headed in the right direction I could stomach another an 0-8 record in the SEC. However I am not sure that you can coach these players of today like Pruitt is coaching them. Saban yes but anyone else I am not sure. I am already looking foward to next year. We will be spending alot of time in the woodshed over the next five to six weeks.

The lack of intensity was it for me. You never, ever see that with Bama, even with cupcake teams. They come out and steamroll their opponent and play hard no matter whom it is.

Dude you must’ve been sleeping through last season. Watch the last couple of games if you want to see a team that quit.

Would you rather see a coach grin his way through a tough season?

What are your examples of players quitting?

Our lack of scoring drives was due to penalties, stupid mistakes, poor o-line play, and lots of questionable play-calling and personnel decisions from Helton; not because the team quit.
