Boston College and Miami already have 3 OOC FBS schools scheduled. They'd have to either give up playing an FCS team at home on the year or pay to get out of an already scheduled game.

Same appears to be the case with Air Force, ECU, Bowling Green, Rice, and LA Tech.


San Diego State looks like it has only 2 OOC FBS teams scheduled.
