Anyone gotten any information from the Team meeting this evening? I would imagine the players, especially early enrollees had lots of questions.

I don’t think he meant it in any negative connotation. He just used a poor choice in words, I believe he really was trying to convey his hopes for all those kids because I for one truly believe he cared about those kids as his own. I won’t take that from him.

A rebuild could potentially be fun if they’re capable of making the right AD and HC hires. That’s a big if... history isn’t on our side here.

If we don't have much attrition and make solid hires then I don't think so. We have talent here to win 7+ games but it matters on who we hire and how they do this season.

That was going to be the case with Pruitt. We just set records for being historically bad under his guidance. Now we have a clean slate and a chance to go hire a legit coach. The right coach could have a 10 win year with much of this current roster in as little as 2 seasons. Of course...the last 3 times we’ve needed a new coach we’ve hired crappy ones. So we’ll see. But regardless I’m proud of my university stepping in amd saying enough is enough and ending the charade that was fulmer and Pruitt. They say an opportunity (with the infractions) amd they took it. Good for them

Why would Pruitt be allowed to address the team unless his only message is to stay the course? Good Lord, he just got fired. I don't think you want your ex CEO giving advice to the remaining employees if he just got fired.
