Team 120 starting to feel like 09-10 Basketball team

I can't help but get that same type of feeling right now with Team 120. Remember that 09-10 team that had several players kicked off, all hope seemed lost, and then they got things rolling with a big win against Kansas? It seemed like in the beginning of that season, we all had high expectations for the team. The sky seemed to be falling for a little bit after all the team issues, and then they came together and had a really good postseason run. I'm hoping that Team 120 can follow in those same footsteps. It just has a very similar feeling for me.

Let's hope the game Saturday doesn't come down to 3 pointers:eek:lol:

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter if we finish the season as the hottest team in the country unless they expand the playoffs to be 32 teams.

Interesting you brought this up. I have been telling people this team seems similar to a past basketball team. But, the team they remind me of is 10-11 season. The one in which we one the NIt. The whole season the team was inconsistent and flat and you could tell whatever was going on behind the scenes was affecting them. Hopefully, things with Butch don't turnout like they did with Bruce.

We got killed by Michigan in the 1st round of the NCAA. You are right that distractions laid heavily on that team the whole season, though.
