I just watched some film on Teague and I am very impressed...and see a lot of similarities in both of these guys..Both are very quick and have great moves with the ball in their hands. I have heard that MT might be moved to defense...I believe that we have to have him on the offense side of the ball. Do you guys think that MT will contribute as much as Nuke this season?

I think that even before the WR injuries, Coach O said something to LWS about Teague playing offense here. I think that the WR injuries have shored that up. He and Nuke will see plenty of reps this fall practice...and will be in the rotation this fall if all goes as planned.

Go check out the videos if you haven't already on my site. More to come soon I promise. I have every game of his high career on film. Go look at it.

I really liked Teague's film and hoped that he would be on offense here. Seems that Nuke is a bit shiftier and a bit quicker, but MT is bigger. I think they will both make some noise before the end of the UCLA game.

I believe Nuke should be returning punts and/or kickoffs along with playing reciever. Teague would be better at reciever this year because of all the injuries and to me we are pretty set (depth wise) on the positions Teague would play on our defense this year (CB, S)...correct me if im wrong there. Not saying he wouldnt do well at those or that we dont need him there, but wr is now looking very thin at least for the first couple games. Overall, i think these two will be HUGE contributors this year.

My videos are of his junior year I will have some of his senior soon. You'll see a few broke ankles on those.

Don't forget about Z. Rogers, if they keep him on offense. He is one of the more polished route runners in this class.

Think about if they line up MT and NR together, on the side that BW will be on. Talk about some confusion.

Seriously for those of you in the know, is Teague good enough to be a Carl Pickens type of player? I realize the Carl Pickens type of player don't come around very often...but what say you all?

What about Green? Is he gonna make it in? I thought he looked pretty good on his highlight tape. I think he would be a bigger threat inside the redzone with his size. He seems to have great hands and run pretty good routes.....I hope he gets in without any academic issues.

Most people in the know are saying Green is unlikely to get in...

Prior to injury Kelley Washington had that possiblilty.
6'3 220
Carl Pickens,
6'2 120.
Meachem

Nuke is 5'9, 150! I expect him to get bigger at UT from weights, but he will probably stay smaller than Percy. Harvin 5'11.

Still shorter guys who are super fast can always look to the NFL with Steve Smith, Devin Hester and Tedd Ginn Jr.

Teague is 5'10
For smaller guys think Stallworth
5'11, 200
Peerless Price
5'11, 190
Cedrick Wilson
5'10, 180

Hancock is 6'3, 200 or so.

For the analogy to USC guys
Steve Smith (USC) 6'0 195 is like our Cedric Wilson size player. He ran a 4.4
Dwayne Jarrett 6'5 210 He ran a 4.6
Mike Williams 6'4 230
Patrick Turner 6'5, 220 4.6 (and dropped to the third round in the draft because he never developed at USC).

TN has the coaches now to get the sick fast and super tall guys who Kiffin likes to throw the ball to in the corner of the end zone. Kiffin is the reason P Turner went to USC instead of UT. Brandon Warren is going to be the future of the tall TN WR like Meachem, like Nash was, like Pickens. Teague and Nuke have another legacy to leave and they will be following in lots of NFL talent shoes as guys under 6'0 who played WR at UT and went on to get paid in the NFL.

Tell Steve Smith that you have to be tall to succeed as a WR. Really. I dare you!
