Tatum is our third major offensive weapon. He can score a lot of points when he gets the ball in his hands, see the Florida, Pitt and Nova games. On the other hand, he is 3/18 from the field in our last 3 road games and 0/9 against Arkansas and UGA. I suspect he will be very ready to play tomorrow and we will definitely need his leadership against the younger Huskies.

Coming into this season, I thought tatum was going to b our best outside threat, but since the injury, he just can't seem 2 find his stroke. IF or when he finds it, IMO will decide how far this team goes. He gets hot and the sky is the limit.

He has struggled since the Pitt game. He looked smooth and confident the first 10 games or so of the season, and since he has looked lost and timid. As with Scotty, if he hits a couple shots early he will have a solid game.

i think cam is one of the big keys today. the other is mel goins. these 2 have to step up and play their game of the year for us to have a chance today. mel has really gone backwards the last 12 games and, frankly has cost us some games. cam seems to have a hopson mentatility of disappearing in some games. if these 2 play their best game of the season and scotty and tobias have good games, we win , if not ------- :cray: :cray: :cray:

Tatum's wide open miss to put us up by 2 with 10 minutes left was a huge miss, he is also getting killed by a frosh. defensively. Great foul with 2 minutes left with 6 on the shot clock. Where the hell is this guys mind, his inconsistency is infuriating.

Tatum was absolutely terrible today. After the timeout in closing minutes he was wide open for 3, yet he pump fakes and passed with his guy nowhere near. Then when they missed a free throw not only took an off balanced shot but then decided not to foul their big resulting in walker being at the line.

tvols75 I saw that too, I think it's a confidence issue with him. When he hits his first three, he usually plays great the rest of the game, if he misses his first couple, he typically makes bad decisions and plays timid. He passed up some wide open shots. Also, Tatum got LIT UP defensively by Roscoe Smith and Hopson by Lamb.
