Taron Dickens ????

He didn't really. He got injured a good bit and he wasn't an NFL starter for most of his career.
But he did start in the NFL..

In the end, I'm good with what CJH decides. If he doesn't like this kid, and apparently he doesn't, that's ok. It does make for some good conversation though, right?

He was a regular starter 25 years ago. It's not the same NFL now as it was then. Not to mention, Flutie's arm strength was never in question.

And you seem to be missing the point. The stigma on small QBs is a stigma for a reason. There is plenty of data to show that is much harder for a shorter QB to work out. That doesn't mean it's impossible, but trying to use outliers to prove your point is a poor argument.

I could point to Muggsy Bogues as proof that an extremely short person can be a really good NBA player. That doesn't mean our basketball team should start investing in 5'3 point guards.

Tebow did not have a weak arm. He had a bad throwing motion that lead to a slow release. But he could sling it.
He threw a wobbly spiral from a baseball throwing motion. I don’t know.. He must not have had that strong of an arm to keep him from adapting a better throwing motion over all those years of playing at a high level.

Changing a throw motion you've used all your life is not something easily changed. He didn't have an elite arm or anything, but the primary concerns about Tebow were his throwing motion and release, not how hard he could throw it.

He worked on his throwing motion his entire career at Florida and Denver. It cost him millions because he couldn’t improve it enough. Really, from the time he stopped growing to the time he started at playing at Florida was insignificant.
