Plain as it could be, "Leading with helmet, shoulder, forearm, fist, hand or elbow to attack with forcible contact at the head or neck area."

I admit that I am new to SEC football, but the refs let the game out of control. I saw about 8 or 9 targeting/ personal fouls by Missouri, most of which were not called. It started with the shot to the head on Guarantano. It continued throughout the game. It's hard to win, when UT`s best players are knocked out of the game.

It was definitely a dirty hit. Tackles him around neck/head area and drive his head into the turf. Caused a concussion. Sure thought refs were watching closely and penalizing any such hits. Guess not if the offended player was clad in orange and white.

Yep.
The area of hit and especially the follow through, showed the clear intent. Should have been roughing or some version of unsportsmanlike at minimum.

The called hit on Jennings was a little dirty imo also.
